SAU19 utilizes a variety of digital tools and platforms as part of it's day-to-day operations. Many of the common applications are listed below:

Microsoft 365 is the online version Microsoft's productivity tools. Students have access to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook along with other tools. The school's Microsoft subscription also allows for students to download these tools to their home or personal devices. The district utilizes Microsoft 365 as our email provider. Students get an email account starting at Grade 5, but are only able to receive emails from district staff until grade 9. GHS students are able to send & receive email outside of SAU19. |

PowerSchool SIS is the district's Student Information System (SIS). A SIS is a school management tool used to track enrolled students, attendance, grades, discipline, and other relevant information up until the student graduates from high school. Every school district utilizes a SIS for their day-to-day operations. The New Hampshire Education Department requires each school district to electronically submit reports from their SIS data about enrolled students, teachers, and classes on a regular basis through the year. Schoology (pronounced school-ogy) is the District's Learning Management System (LMS). An LMS is a platform where educators can create, share, and assign curriculum content and other classroom resources, such as homework, handouts, parent letters, agendas, expectations, syllabi, and other important information. Students in grades 7-12 will be able to view assignment level scores under Grades. Students can also access other online curriculum platforms such as Discovery Education, Math and Language Arts programs, library research tools, and more. through this tool. Parents can access Schoology to view instructional materials and content that were provided to their child in class. Note: Some of the curriculum providers will require the student to be logged in to access the curriculum content due to licensing restrictions. |

SortsYou is also used to notify student athletes about last minute game cancellations due to weather. |
