At MVMS we have quite a few databases that students and staff can use for research and inquiry. Below is a list of all of the databases available. All of our databases are now linked within Schoology. You should be logging into to your Schoology account, opening one of your courses, and then clicking on the database links in the navigation bar on the left.

Benefits to Using Our Databases

• All information has already been vetted to be accurate information. (fact-checked)
• Citation information is already created for you. (for your bibliographies)
• The information can be read aloud to you.
• You can change the reading level of the articles on some of databases.
• There are various tools to help you, such as highlighting, glossaries, saving to Google Drive, etc.
• You can search for a wide variety of information - such as articles, images, videos, primary sources, etc.
